Production Manager
They say the best jobs don't feel like work – I put my all into the business as I love being a part of Resource and have been for the last 12 years. I'm the wearer of many hats here, Production Manager may be my job title but I'm always happy to roll my sleeves up and help our clients any way that I can. Outside of work, I try to fit in as many Oxford United matches as my lovely partner will allow.

Self proclaimed Social Director of Resource, which I am sure the team are delighted with. Specialising in the Pharmaceutical sector of our business, working with amazing clients on all aspects of their print campaigns, including events. Out of work, I am mum in a house full of boys, what I don't know about Arsenal and nerf wars, isn't worth knowing.

Head of Security
If he's not completing his thorough checks of the office and keeping the place safe from glis glis, you'll find Bear wherever the snacks are. Bear's two office modes are working hard or hardly working! A big fan of having his Abba playlist in the car – just don't ask him to sing along.
